Our office

Our London Bridge office at The Cottons Centre is fully wheelchair-accessible, with lift access, accessible WC facilities and induction loops in all meeting rooms. Reserved parking for Blue Badge holders can be arranged with advance notice.

Communication support

• Documents can be produced in large print, easy-read, coloured paper or by audio recording.
• British Sign Language interpreters can be arranged for meetings.
• Translation and interpretation services are available in most European and community languages.
• Home, hospital and care-home visits are available where travel would present a difficulty.
• Family members, carers, advocates or IMCAs are welcome in meetings where you wish them to be present.
